Hobbs and Shaw 

The first ever spinoff for the Fast and Furious brought plenty of adrenaline and explosive action as stars Dwyane Johnson and Jason Statham thrilled moviegoers with an over the top full on action spectacular that lives up to the summer movie name

Dora and the Lost City of Gold

The live-action interpretation of the beloved show brought surprise and joy to fans and newcomers alike. Behind an inspired performance from lead Isabela Moner and a strong Latino cast, Dora and The Lost City of Gold proved to be a solid example of breathing new life into a franchise.  

The Angry Birds Movie 2

Hard to believe but the video game to movie genre can add another win to its belt. Following up the 2016 film, The Angry Birds Movie 2 saw a drastic improvement in both heart, humor, and visual vibrancy. Despite the low box office numbers, the film turned into a real summer delight for the whole family.

47 Meters Down: Uncaged

If you ever needed proof to never go to an abandoned place at the bottom of the ocean, the sequel to the sleeper shark hit should justify you canceling your snorkeling plans. Brimming with terror, tension, and white knuckle deep-sea tension, 47 Meters Down Uncaged had the audience breathless in its chamber of teeth and carnage.
