Role in the Battle of New York
Tony Stark initially was against the idea of joining a band of super powered beings given the fact he quote on quote “doesn’t play well with others”. Eventually though, he played a major part in helping liberate the city of New York including sending the missile meant to destroy the city toward the Chitauri command ship in space via the galactic portal.

Last Time We Saw Tony Stark
Despite the heroic act of selflessness Tony displayed, he suffered from severe PTSD afterwards and also faced obstacles the challenged him physically and mentally. From fighting the extremist enhancement serum to facing an old nemesis from his past, Stark eventually overcame his obstacles and became a better man because of it.

Role in the Battle of New York
Upon hearing news of Loki’s involvement with the missing infinity stone the tesseract, Thor swooped in and assisted the team in repelling the alien armada that invaded New York. Once the avengers stopped Loki, Thor took him and the tesseract into Asgardian custody ensuring that an event like this would never occur again.

Last Time We Saw Thor
However, Thor would also have to deal with another threat some time later. After his human lover Jane Foster stumbled across another one of the infinity stones The Eather, Thor would go on a desperate mission to not only remove the dark substance from Jane’s body but also battle the ancient adversary that craved its dark power.

Role in the Battle of New York
Steve Rodgers found himself in a very compromising situation. After seemingly dying in a desperate attempt to save innocent civilians, he finds himself back in New York City…70 years in the future. Just days after being reawoken, Captain Rodgers assumed command of the Avengers and displayed that old school leader of the pack mentality that ultimately led to his team’s victory.

Last Time We Saw Steve Rodgers
After the battle of New York, Rodgers resided in Washington, D.C. and carried out black ops missions for SHIELD under the command of Nick Fury. However, Steve and Natasha Romanoff soon discovered a horrifying secret that had them questioning everyone and everything around them. Through devastating betrayals, shocking revelations, and brutal battles, Rodgers stopped a massive global wipeout while also in the process, disbanded one of the world’s most powerful peacekeeping organizations.

Role in the Battle of New York
Natasha’s role in the battle of New York came out of sheer circumstance. Upon hearing of Clint Barton’s mind control via Loki, she thrust herself into the fire and assisted in not only repelling the Chitauri invaders but also closing off access to any future invaders.

Last Time We Saw Natasha Romanoff
Natasha Romanoff dedicated her life to SHIELD and found herself working alongside avengers teammate Steve Rodgers. However, once it was discovered that the Nazi science division Hydra had infiltrated and seized control of SHIELD, Natasha’s loyalties were made all the more clear thanks to her role in stopping Hydra’s massacre and willingness to start fresh after the fall out.

Role in the Battle of New York
Dr. Bruce Banner was initially reluctant to join the “Avengers Initiative”. In fact, the early stages of his involvement proved nearly disastrous for not only the team but for everyone on board the Helicarrier. Eventually, Banner’s involvement proved to be a key element to the avenger’s victory in New York. Not bad for someone who’s always angry.

Last Time We Saw Bruce Banner
Not much is known what Bruce was up to after the battle of New York, but the last time we saw Banner he was listening (or at least trying) to Tony Stark’s recollection of his past. But given Banner’s lack of expertise and temperament, we can safely assume a career in therapy is clearly off the table.

Last Time We Saw Clint Barton
Clint Barton had a rough go around last time we saw him. He was mind manipulated by Loki into stealing the tesseract and caused havoc across the helicarrier before Romanoff “knocked” some sense into him. Once freed from Loki’s hold, he pulled his share of the weight and helped the Avengers stop Loki’s siege on New York.

Last Time We Saw The Twins
Little is known about the mysterious twins held captive in a secret Hydra research facility in Sokovia, but what we do know is that their names are Wanda and Pietro Maximoff. Eastern European twins orphaned at a young age and are now prisoners. Wanda possess the ability to manipulate objects while her brother Pietro possess superhuman speed and agility. One thing is certain, the twins are products of Hydra experiments done on Loki’s scepter which means the Avenger’s will eventually face them and presumably have their hands full.

All signs now point to a new threat for the Avengers to take on. If one thing is not already certain, the face of the world will never be the same again.....
